Are protein shakes a part of your everyday routine? Many people drink them after a workout, or as a way to boost their overall protein intake for the day. Recently, I noticed that Costco has been stocking the Fairlife Core Power Protein Shake in their chocolate flavor.
Fairlife is known for their ultra-filtered, higher protein milk. I occasionally buy the chocolate milk at Target, and was very curious about the protein milkshake from the same company. Keep reading for nutrition information, a review of the taste, and shopping details.

According to the nutrition facts on the back of the Core Power bottle, you get 26 grams of protein, 8 grams of carbohydrate, and 4.5 grams of fat. There is a total of 5 grams of sugar. According to the label, it is also lactose and gluten free. It is made from low fat milk, so those avoiding milk or dairy may want to skip this product.
The back of the bottle also indicates the following information:
