What's in your next Costco haul?
Siete Chips at Costco are a dangerous thing for me. Once the bag is opened at home, they’re gone in a handful of days. Light and crispy, they’re the kind of tortilla chip that you can’t stop snacking on! Recently on sale at Costco, I picked up a bag.
I have really been trying to resist buying desserts lately, but when I saw these Coolhaus Horchata Ice Cream Sandwiches at Costco, I literally gasped aloud and found myself automatically reaching for a box. I’ve bought Coolhaus from Whole Foods before, but this may have been my first time seeing it at our beloved Costco.
There was a light chocolate mousse and layer of cream, sandwiched between layers of chocolate cake. It was topped with a layer of chocolate which was decorated beautifully with swirling designs, and there were 3 rolled chocolate decorations evenly placed on top. I would say the presentation was equally as impressive as the taste.
Costco has a lot of keto friendly foods in their aisles. You can even find keto bread, which can be a little scary. Will it taste good? How’s the texture? Do I really want to buy 2 loaves of this bread? With some of these questions in mind, I decided to throw caution to the wind and try the Inked Keto Bread at Costco.
