I came across the High Liner Miso Glazed Cod on my last trip to Costco. I am always looking for easy fish options to prepare for lunch or dinner. This fit the bill of being easy to prepare. Keep reading to see the nutrition information, cooking instructions, and a few more informational notes.

I chose to bake my cod in a conventional oven. I lined my pan with foil, and put it in the oven at 400 degrees for 18 minutes. It came out moist and cooked all the way through.
A lot of the sauce does end up on the pan when you cook it. The foil makes clean up much easier. Since I was eating one piece and saving the rest for later, I scooped up as much of the sauce as I could and poured it over the fillets in the storage container.
Notes for the High Liner Miso Glazed Cod
- The 32 oz or 2 lb box of cod was purchased at Costco in Hawaii for $17.69.
- I plated it with greens, but it would also taste great with rice.
- There is a recipe for cod in a sweet ginger veggie broth on the back of the box. See the picture below for the recipe.
- It does not have a strong miso taste. If that’s what you’re looking for, you might want to pass on this one. The sauce is not as thick as a restaurant-prepared miso fish either.
- It has only 3 grams of added sugar per serving and a whopping 24 grams of protein.
