Eggo Protein Waffles from Costco

Eggo Protein Waffles

I’ve eaten almost the exact same breakfast for the past two years—and since all the ingredients are from Costco, maybe I’ll share the recipe here sometime. But I recently decided to shake up my morning routine. I came across these Eggo Protein Waffles on a recent trip to Costco, and thought I’d give them a shot for part of a quick, easy breakfast.

Today I’m sharing the nutrition information, ingredients, heating instructions, serving suggestions, my review, and shopping information.

Eggo Protein Waffles Nutrition Facts and Ingredients

The serving size for this product is 2 waffles. The macros include 4.5g of fat, 26g of carbohydrates, and 10g of protein. It contains wheat, soy, milk and egg ingredients.

Heating Instructions and Serving Suggestions for Eggo Protein Waffles

The heating instructions indicate that you can prepare the waffles in a toaster, oven, or air fryer. I’ve only used my air fryer to heat these waffles, and I follow the directions exactly as stated on the box. They come out nice and crispy in 5 minutes.

I usually eat mine with a pat of butter and some sugar free syrup. Typically I eat it with another protein source like eggs or Greek yogurt. They also make a great late night snack, when you want something a little sweet. Now that I think about it, they would probably be pretty amazing with a scoop of ice cream.

Review and Shopping Information

  • A box of 40 Eggo Protein Waffles cost $12.99 in August 2026. That comes out to $0.32 a waffle.
  • Found them in the freezer section next to other frozen breakfast items.
  • I’m a fan of waffles, and these taste great with breakfast or as a treat.
  • Do they have a ton of protein? Nope! 10 grams of protein isn’t really close to what I like to eat for breakfast, but I’m also really trying to get after it with my protein. I usually start my mornings with closer to 30-40 grams, which is why I pair the waffles with eggs and/or Greek yogurt.
  • I also like the convenience of keeping them in my freezer and being able to pop them in the air fryer whenever I want a quick breakfast or snack.
  • Go to the Eggo website to see all the variations of Eggos that exist in this world! Maybe we’ll see different flavor Eggo Protein Waffles at Costco someday.
  • Read about other quick breakfast items from Costco like Belgian Boys Bite-Sized Pancakes.
  • Overall, I’d buy these again. They’re tasty, convenient, and an easy way to switch up my usual breakfast—even if I’m not relying on them as my main source of protein.
