Costco Cauliflower Rice
Costco cauliflower rice was on my shopping list recently. It’s such a great alternative to white or even brown rice, if you’re trying to cut back on carbohydrates and calories. Plus, it’s already riced and packaged into nice little portions that you can easily cook. (If you’ve ever made cauliflower rice from a regular head of cauliflower, you know it can be a somewhat messy process.)
