I recently purchased this Urban Pie pizza at Costco. I was intrigued by the toppings. Roasted vegetable and goat cheese with balsamic glaze sounded amazing. Plus it had a sun-dried tomato pesto sauce. It was $11.39 and came with 2 pizzas in the box.

Nutrition Information and Ingredients for Urban Pie Pizza
The following information was from the box of the Urban Pie Pizza Roasted Vegetable and Goat Cheese with Balsamic Glaze Pizza:

Cooking Instructions for Pizza from Costco

As the box states, preheat your oven to 425 degrees. Place the balsamic packet in a cup of hot water, place the frozen pizza on the center rack and bake for 21-23 minutes. Drizzle with balsamic and eat.
As with other frozen pizzas, the preparation is super easy and the cooking time was spot on for me at 21 minutes. The balsamic glaze came in a plastic pouch. You just cut the corner and dried it on.

Shopping Information and Notes
- Found in the frozen section at Costco
- $11.39 for 2 pizzas
- The flavor combination sounded really good and unique
- Easy to prepare
- The best thing about this pizza was the glaze. If you’re a balsamic fan, I think you would like it. The glaze could probably work on some other pizzas or dishes.
- The overall taste of the pizza, especially the crust was nothing special. It was more of a thin, crunchy crust, and it didn’t have much taste. I think that’s why the glaze stood out.
- I probably would pass on this one again, but would recommend Milton’s Cauliflower Crust Pizza.
