Shopping Information and Notes
- So the burning question: Is it worth the calories and trip to Costco??? My answer is “YES!” As a fan of lemon flavored desserts, I was impressed with this delicious cheesecake. The light and fluffy meringue sits on top of a dense cheesecake with a layer of lemon filling in between. It’s rich, so I think it’s a good idea to get it for a meal, where you can share with several people (8-10). My family also gave it a thumbs up for taste.
- Found it in the refrigerated cake section of Costco. The price of the Costco Lemon Meringue Cheesecake was $20.99.
