The Meal
I recently came across a 2-pack of Giovanni Rana Butternut Squash Ravioli at my local Costco. It was on sale for $7.59 and the regular price was $10.59. It came with 2 16 oz packages. With a 4-minute cook time, I thought this would make for a quick and easy meal. I am happy to report that it was also very delicious!

Preparation
I prepared it according to the instructions on the package. I brought 6 quarts of water to a boil with a little bit of salt, cooked the ravioli for 4 minutes, and drained it. The package also recommended tossing it with extra virgin olive oil and topping it with grated cheese.
Ingredients to prep the ravioli Shredded Kerrygold Cheese
I had extra virgin olive oil on hand from Costco, as well as some Kerrygold Dubliner cheese. I grated the cheese and tossed the cooked ravioli with the olive oil and sprinkled some cheese on top.
The Finished Meal

The final result was delicious. I made a small spinach salad with baby spinach from Costco, as well as Kamuela Tomatoes from Kawamata Farms. The tomatoes are one of my favorite locally grown produce items that I pick up frequently on my Costco runs. The meal was delicious, filling, and I had enough left overs for lunch the next day.
Ideas and Notes
According to the package, the ravioli may be frozen and is labeled USDA organic.
